The product I ordered at Fresh Story Shop arrived today, and it's absolutely adorable. The whole thing is soft all over, perfect for little hands that are sensitive to rougher material, and the gap at the bottom is big enough to accommodate larger children. All in all, it's a great purchase and worth more than what I paid for it! 2 Thumbs up for the good customer service as well!! ;)
